THE GOOD LUCK DANCE

The Good Luck Dance is a 100% Lucas London original concept.

It’s a slow song that the bride and groom share with all of their guests for good luck. We play it right after the Family Dances and it's a great transition into the party. During this dance, everyone is invited to join the bride and groom on the dance floor and share a slow song with them. It’s guaranteed to pack the dance floor and at the end of the dance, everyone cheers for the couple to wish them good luck.

This is also a perfect time to take a group photo of everyone at the reception, which guests often appreciate as a memento of the celebration. After that we punch the gas pedal and it’s full on for the rest of the night.

Is there a song you were considering for your first dance that didn’t quite make the cut? What about the first dance your parents had at their wedding? These could be great options for the Good Luck Dance, which is a dance that is meant to bring good fortune to the newlyweds. Consider choosing a meaningful song that has special significance to you or your family for this special moment.
